  • Creativity is hard to measure

    IQ doesn't measure creativity. Knowing how to solve problems, and come up with the same answers as millions of other people, is an easy way to define intelligence, but not the best. A creative person can define new problems, and come up with solutions
    to existing or new problems that are unique.

    But creativity isn't always required. For an airline pilot, you are probably looking for a person who is good in following rules, and is not necessarily a creative person. However, For an airplane designer, you are probably looking for a creative
    person with high IQ.
