    He announces tonight as the first time the show is heard in Seattle, which
    is correct, but they were hearing a re-recording of the previous week's
    KMET show, and heard this one the following week.

    NOTE: Tonight was the first time the Jon Schwartz version of "Pico And
    Sepulveda" (second prize winner in a contest the year before) was used as
    the opening and closing theme of the show. It was used for 5 months, then
    replaced in July with the Roto Rooter Good Time Christmas Band recording
    that still opens the show today.
    NOTE: This was also aired as The Dr. Demento Show #74-2 (KZOK) - February 10,
    1974, with perhaps a few song changes.
