Differentiated from Alhaiya Bilawal which has also komal ni , furthermore differentiated from Shuddha Bilawal which has some influence of Yamani Bilawal and Bihag ( maybe also Devgiri Bilawal ) .
The tricky part is that for some Bilawal means Alhaiya Bilawal and for others it means Shuddha Bilawal .

She also calls it Shuddha Bilawal .... ( I prefer the label Shuddha Bilawal when `NRG is used )
According to her :
SGRG ( not ´NSGRG like in Alhaiya B ) is used .
GmRS is used less ( as opposed to Alhaiya B ) ; preffered are linear descending phrases : RGPmG RS , RGmG RS .
She might have some phrases with Bihag abhaas .
In any case she doesn´t use the phrase `NRGmG which is used in Firoz Dastur´s Shuddha Bilawal ( similar to Abdul Karim Khan´s ) .
She uses the phrase `NSNG( R )S . Not sure in which other raag it occurs ....
