I recently grabbed a Nonesuch LP of him conducting Dvorak 8 in Hamburg. The LP is the most bizarre things I've encountered, with the cover illustration provided as a thick cardboard insert fitted into slits on the cover that can be removed (with thesame illustration underneath), as if it is a notable work of art. Did Nonesuch do this as a series?
