    I recently grabbed a Nonesuch LP of him conducting Dvorak 8 in Hamburg. The LP is the most bizarre things I've encountered, with the cover illustration provided as a thick cardboard insert fitted into slits on the cover that can be removed (with the same
    illustration underneath), as if it is a notable work of art. Did Nonesuch do this as a series?

    IIRC, there were a few of these on a Nonesuch sub-label--Checkmate, I
    believe. I think there was a disc of a couple of Haydn's 'London'
    Symphonies and a few others. I'll agree that the packaging was a bit
    strange.
