    Actually, I do keep track of Eloquence, but the others you posted were helpful and left me wondering how box set subjects are chosen. Frank Peter Zimmermann must have a far bigger fan following than I ever understood.

    I don't expect there to be too much logic in what is chosen to
    be re-released.

    There is no business metric in measuring "consumer demand",
    whatever that is, so demand pretty much follows supply, and
    not the other way around as it's usually described.
