    I'm looking at:

Vox 5082: The Spirit of Russia, (Kapp, Maga)
Chandos 8327: Rimsky-Korsakov: Coq D'or; Tale of the Tsar Saltan
    (Jarvi)
    Naxos 550486: Rimsky-Korsakov: Suites (Johanos)

They all are recordings of RK suites, varying in scope and price.

Comments on any or all of these?

    Thanks.

Jarvi is in his element in this music and the Scottish National
Orchestra is recorded impressively and has plenty of virtuosity, color,
and a great brass section to make their early-digital collection of R-K suites a natural choice.
Of course, for Coq D'or there are also Ormandy, Desormiere, various
Beechams. If I remember correctly, Markevitch on DG is superb...

Concerning Markevitch and Rimsky-K., would his complete live LE COQ D'OR be of interest?:
