I have to confess to not being much of a Treniers fan tho my favorite by them is also from 1952 (and was reviewed earlier in this series)--"Rockin' On A Sunday Night"

"Poon-Tang!" tho runs it a poor second that year just scraping a 6

Maybe it's all the years I spent listening to Dr. Demento, but I get a kick out of this record. I also like Dinah Washington's "Big Long Slidin' Thing" and Wynonie Harris' "Keep On Churnin'."
