  • Hard to believe this was Top 10 in the UK.

    I was excited to hear they had another hit as I like "TR" a lot, but this was very disappointing.

    "Google Eye" didn't make Top 10 in NME---peaked at #13 in November
    1964.

    The better (even I liked it) "Tobacco Road" WAS Top 10 reachng #5 in
    August earlier that year

    Record Hits by Clive Solomon shows it at #10. They use Record Mirror / Record Retailer for those years because they had a top 50. I guess NME had a smaller chart?

    I agree. It's mediocre at best.
