There it is! The original punk rock! That's the inspiration for the Ramones, the Dead Kennedies, the Clash, the Bad Brains, the Misfits, the Minutemen, etc. Yoko should be credited with co-writing all their stuff.

Seriously, some of the faces Chuck Berry made were priceless.

(I wish I knew what Chuck Berry thought of Lennon basing "Come Together" on "You Can't Catch Me." Was he flattered?)

    Why? Just why?

John was just used to it. If I were Chuck Berry I'd have asked "What the F is this shit?" and walked off.

Remember how Berry schooled Keith Richards on that guitar riff in Hail, Hail Rock'N'Roll? Yet he put up with this from Yoko...

As far as I know, Berry never said anything negative about John, so he was probably cool with it.

On a completely unrelated note, I really dig John's boots, lol.

Yeah, Berry was friendly towards Lennon on the Mike Douglas show. And I just remembered that Rolling Stone once ran a piece called "John Lennon: A Remembrance" to which a dozen or so stars contributed. Berry said that he had felt "close" to the Beatles
ever since they covered "Roll Over Beethoven" and that he felt that a part of himself died when Lennon was killed.

Yeah. He also said: "He had a white face but a black man's soul." Some time after his death.

I can't remember the exact quote, but there's a part in Hail, Hail Rock'n'Roll we
where Julian Lennon joins Chuck Berry on a song. Chuck introduces Julian with very generous praise for his father. After the song, he adds something like "He's just like his dad."

Both guitars from Lennon and Berry have no cables.
Wireless was not invented 50 years ago.
So I don't know what they are doing but not playing guitar.

And they mixed pictures from Berry which are different
from what he is doing with his guitar.

Well maybe a great singer, but not my cup of tea...

Chuck Berry's facial expressions are great.

I eventually had to turn the sound down - no, off. Try looking at them all without sound. Yoko's facial expressions look evil, as if she's possessed.
