    I saw this discussed in a TV profile of the group. I think it was "Nights On Broadway" and they gave the reason but I can't remember what it was exactly. I think it had something to do with the producer wanting more of an R&B sound.

    I just did a search and you seem to be right. Off the top of my head, I'm not aware of too many R&B falsetto singers, but it seems the Bee Gees & their producer did.
