• McCartney Dealing w/ Lennon's Murder

"I wasn't going to stay home and watch the television news. George Martin rang up to ask if I wanted to cancel the session, and I said, "No way, I've got to work through this day." We worked on a track called "Rain Clouds." Paddy [Maloney], the
aeolian pipesman of the Chieftains, worked on that. He was the right sort of character to see that day, 'cause Paddy's like a leprechaun. It was nice to have a sort of magic person around. It was as if he was a sort of guru sent to help that day out."

-- McCartney, discussing his response to Lennon's murder

Isn't the correct term "Uilleann pipesman"? If so, McCartney would not be the first former Beatle to have trouble with the term "Aeolian" (unless it's the transcriber's mistake).

What about Macca's "It's a drag" comment. Was he cold and heartless? Or was his comment taken out of context? Yoko never let a anyone forget it.
