In the Richie Castellano one, he does that first Paul part, which I'll call the "vamp" (then the "Love you" vocals come in over it) and then that part continues, but is not shown as the second Paul part comes in (where he's wearing a red tee shirt),followed by George and John. But Paul, who presumably is continuing the vamp riff, also joins the fun with George and John, so there must be overdubbing.
