This is probably the best place. There is alt.music.guthrie meant
for discussing both Guthries, Woody and Arlo, but it does not seem to have taken off. There's also the webpage, that has a message board. It's gone through a few name changes, and right now I can't remember the URL.
    Something like www.arlonet.com or www.arlo.net It's not that I've
forgotten it, but I bookmarked it and never memorized it (and can't be bothered right now to go to the browser to check it).

Hello... Can't believe I'm answering this 20 years late, but yes www.arlo.net is still up and operating. It's been growing over the years and our friends can chat with each other and comment on any subject imaginable. In the last 20 years other social
media have come into being, and we're generally in there somewhere as well. But, arlo.net is most often home base for anyone interested in what we do. See you there - Arlo Guthrie

Thanks! It's been a very long time since I've been on some kind of message board, let alone anything that has to do with something I'm familiar with. Our current website www.arloguthrie.com has a whole lot of stuff, but lacks the message part which is
why we've kept arlo.net alive and well. I'll keep checking in here every so often if possible. Although once we get back on the road it's hard to get online as often. Happy New Year!

Thanks for the posts and the bringing back of memories. Nice for us
kids in our advancing years. Steve Goodman was a classic. He
introduced me to one of the greatest songs "The Dutchman" though he did
    not write it.

This year 2020 we're celebrating 25 years of arlo.net! There's no way I could have imagined it'd still be around 25 years after Dave started it, after moving from these forums to our own presence on the web. There's no way anyone could've predicted that
these boards would still be available either. I remain grateful for all these things...

Congratulations on demonstrating, once again, that there's a market out
there for superior quality work... and yours, too!

(sorry, couldn't resist... but if you keep this up for another thirty,
forty years you'll be an old man. good health and long lives to you and yours!)
