The record is a two disk set titled Erroll Garner, The Elf, The Savoy Sessions, SJL 2207.
Found it! It was re-issued as Cal Tjader - Terry Gibbs - Good Vibes
Side A has 8 tracks by Tjader. Side B has 6 by Gibbs.
I don't know if that was the original title, the original release date
or the players, but it is a start.
