Unable to get in touch with Dr. ML Kapur of Suffolk VA. Telephone calls are going to voice mail and no response to email.
Mr Vijay Kapoor of Pittsburgh passed away on 21st August 2021. Mrs. Kapoor is unable to get in touch with Dr MLK to inform about her husbands death.
Does any one knows about him. Hope he is safe.
