I had a barratt and robinson which was superb except for one or two dodgy notes which I could not get repaired ! I could not get anyone to agree that the notes were dodgy. You could definitely hear the hammer hitting the string as well as the note.I
believe they were made mostly for schools and mine had special elongated brackets on the back that held the castors which made it less suseptible to being knocked over.
