"Before Pro Tools, scoring commercials came with a technical burden. Bob and my mother, built a multi-page document with tables that converted BPM to frames-per-second, bound with masking tape. This bible was completed in pencil his 9"x12" monogrammed
music paper. Between playbacks of the voice-overs, I would hear Bob pressing the button on the stopwatch while whistling to himself."
