    I guess Paul Williams lost interest. But I was surprised to find that my late father, Nicolas Slonimsky, had written the introduction to a book by your great uncle by marriage. I have edited several collections of my father's writings but never came
    across this one, published in 1970. Can you illuminate?

    I have just come across a hand written letter in French sent to my late grandmother along with some postcards also in French from France. He mentions leaving Russia on 8th Sept 1923.

    Laura, can you tell me who your grandmother was? And what she had Abner de Manfredo? Unfortunately, information about the composer has to be collected "bit by bit" and the information you have is very valuable for researchers and relatives of de Monfred.
