    Update on my 1997 Vulcan 500. It currently has 179,000+ miles on it and was put back stock at 108,000 miles when being restored.

    Update:

    I still have this same motorcycle. It currently has 189,000 miles on it. I use it frequently. Most recently I, my Dad, and son were visiting Tour of Honor sites in Louisiana until Dad crashed out in south Louisiana. Dad's going to be fine. I rode back to
    Arkansas the next day (following the truck that was trailering his bike) almost 300 miles. It's still very serviceable.
