Can anybody offer guidance on brands of headlight modulators
worth purchasing? A Kisan Pathblazer purchased in about 2002
has quit with an intermittent open somewhere under the potting
compound. Looking around for a replacement discloses that a
new Kisan is over $100, Signal Dynamics will come in around $85.
