Hells Angels members indicted for shooting rivals in the Bronx

Two alleged members of the Hells Angels were indicted Wednesday, Oct. 7 on murder, attempted murder and additional charges for a shooting in Allerton that killed a man.
“The defendants allegedly shot the two victims, in retaliation for a January 2020 shooting outside the Hell’s Angels headquarters on Longstreet Avenue, in the Bronx,” said District Attorney Darcel Clark. “The defendants allegedly conspired and
carried out this horrific violence in a residential area, near a busy intersection in broad daylight. These retaliatory shootings hurt our communities and must stop.”
The defendants, Frank Tatulli, 58, of 97 Hollywood Ave., and Sayanon Thongthawath, 29, of 43-15 53rd St. in Queens, alleged members of the Hells Angels, have been arraigned on second-degree murder, first-degree manslaughter, attempted murder in the
second degree, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, four counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree conspiracy.
According to the investigation, on the afternoon of May 2, the defendants drove to 2522 Holland Ave., where they approached Francisco Rosado, 51, and Javier Cruz, 42, alleged members of the Pagans motorcycle gang. Tatulli and Thongthawath shot at Rosado,
striking him five times in the head, neck and back. The defendants also struck Cruz once in the arm. Rosado was pronounced dead at the scene and Cruz refused medical attention.
Tatulli was arraigned Oct. 6 and Thongthawath on Sept. 16. Remand was continued and they are due back in court Dec. 22.
Anthony Destefano, 27, of 718 Vincent Ave., alleged member of Satan’s Soldiers, was arraigned on Aug. 24, on first-degree manslaughter, four counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree conspiracy for his role in the
incident. Bail was set at $350,000 cash bond and he is due back in court Dec. 22.

Satans Soldiers MC History
Satans Soldiers Motorcycle Club USA was unofficially formed in the Bronx, New York in the 1970s and then officially founded on 15 April, 1980. They before they then expanded and created a chapter in New Jersey.
Also being established around this time were the Satans Soldiers MC in Australia, who are believed to have been founded even earlier, in 1968, in Victoria, Australia.
It is a mystery as to who the founding members were, however it is known that Elvio Feola was a long serving President of the Bronx chapter before his arrest, as well as being the person who registered their logos, according to registration records.
The motorcycle club name is written as “Satans Soldiers Motorcycle Club” in the USA, however as “Satan’s Soldiers Motorcycle Club” in Australia.
This slight difference in naming convention for an international chapter can also be seen with the Gypsy Joker MC, who are often referred to by the plural, “Gypsy Jokers” in Australia.

USA – The USA patch is a hooded Satan with horns who is wearing a helmet.
Australia – The Australia patch is a green horned Satan.

The Satans Soldiers also make use of “666” in their branding. The 666 is commonly known as the “Number of the Beast”, which is referring to the Devil/Satan.
One of the mottos used by the Satans Soldiers is “In Us, We Trust”.

Elvio Feola, known as “Spike”, was a Satans Soldiers President of the Bronx chapter up until he was convicted in 2013 for attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of firearms.
Angelo Cruz – Satan’s Soldiers President / Arrested on Drug Charges
Angelo Cruz, known as “Red”, was a Satans Soldiers President up until he was arrested in 2003 for his involvement in operating a meth lab.

2001 – USA. April, 2001. Satans Soldiers New Jersey chapter member is Peter Gallucci is killed in a shooting in the town of Bayonne. He died of a single gunshot to the chest following a fight with the Eastsiders Motorcycle Club of Bayonne which started
when six members of the Satans Soldiers club entered the Eastsiders club on East 22nd Street in Bayonne, allegedly over a previous altercation in a Bayonne bar involving a baseball cap. Apparently, the cap, which said, “Support Satans Soldiers,” was
confiscated by a member of the Eastsiders Motorcycle Club. Byrona Arturo Berrocal, a Dumont resident, was arrested and charged with the murder. Police found the gun believed to be the murder weapon in a garbage pile near the Eastsiders club location.
2003 – USA. January, 2013. Angelo Cruz, the Satans Soldiers Motorcycle Club President, along with 4 other members of the Satan’s Soldiers are arrested and charged with operating a meth lab. As part of the raids law enforcement teams also found
weapons and cash. All 5 members of the club plead guilty.
2011 – USA. 6 August, 2011. Satans Soldiers President Elvio Feola shoots 25 year old David Butler in the chest after he urinates near a friend’s motorcycle. The gun is later found and DNA samples link it back to Elvio Feola. He is convicted in 2013
of attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of firearms.
(Greg: Hate to take these guys side but urinating next to a motorcycle is pretty bad. Did the guy do it knowing it was a dis to the biker? Couldn't he have found a wall to pee on?)
2013 – Australia. March, 2013. The Satans Soldiers Bendigo clubhouse, located in Long Gully, Victoria, is torched. Suspicions are that this was due to an ongoing feud between the Hells Angels (who Satan’s Soldiers are aligned with), and Bandidos MC.

‘Not a great look’: Councillor trashes illegal dumpers at Vancouver park

A Vancouver city councillor is serving up some trash talk for whoever dumped a truckload of garbage in Strathcona park this weekend.
Pete Fry said he came upon the “significant quantities of household garbage” Saturday morning while he was walking his dog.
Fry said it was the second or third time in recent weeks he’s found a similar pile of refuse.
“It’s not a great look for Vancouverites,” said Fry.
By the time Fry found the garbage, which he said would have required a vehicle to transport, animals had already begun to pick through it and spread it out.
“I can’t even comprehend what goes through somebody’s mind when they do something like this,” said Fry.
“It’s a lovely park, it’s a public park, it’s a place enjoyed by everyone, but to come and dump your garbage there just blows my mind.”
Vancouver has long struggled with an illegal dumping problem which, by some estimates, costs the city nearly $2 million per year.
City staff say dumped trash tends to attract even more dumped trash, escalating the problem.
Under city bylaws, someone caught dumping trash could be fined between $100 and $500, and if the city prosecutes, the dumper could be liable for up to $10,000.
Fry said he’s hopeful residents will keep their eyes out for illegal dumpers, and report their licence plate numbers to the city.
“I don’t know how you deal with behaviour like that,” he said. “Maybe fining them is the way to go, and to pursue them.”

They should move the people from Oppenheimer Park there, just to make sure no one dumps anymore garbage. You know, if there's someone there to watch and all. The genius of Vancouver City Hall and Parks Board has shown the good they have done with that

The Kings Cross Mall close to where I live is a regular dumping ground for garbage, construction debris, wrecked bicycles, sofas and other unwanted beat up furniture. Currently there is a refrigerator in the north parking lot. There are security cameras,
regular RCMP patrols, mall security plus the Commissionaires and the Newton B.I.A. green vest community volunteer patrol. It has been going on for the four years I have lived in the area and I am sure it has been going on since before that.

Then put it out with the weekly garbage for routine garbage pickup. Someone who lives on a million dollar plus property next to Surrey Lake Park threw a bunch of garbage into the park rather than walk to the end of his driveway and leave it for the
weekly garbage pickup. Some ppl. I contacted the City of Surrey and the garbage was removed. Nice park why use it to dump garbage?

Strathcona Park is now the largest tent city in Canada with over 400 tents. Guns have been found there and some guy with a running chainsaw was chasing ppl around recently. It started out with illegal dumping and it has turned into a crime pool homeless
camp. This did not happen by accident they did some minor stuff realized the cops and politicos would do nothing and it is what it is now.
