    Bear in mind that Andre the giant is a highly skilled martial artist. Sure, that wrestling stuff is show, but that's because they're trying hard not to hurt each other. Most of it would work if done with intent.

    So size is not the only problem. His skill is significant.

    Yes, it's acting, but it takes skill to engage in such violence,
    and NOT hurt one another.

    My question is, how do they enforce the safety bit? Suppose
    one is a mean bastard - some of them must be - how do they
    prevent him from wrecking his partner/opponent, if he
    desires? Because he can easily claim it was accidental, or,
    "hey, come on, it's a violent sport, you have to take your lumps"
