Hmm...this is strange. Canadian police don't have a reputation for wanton violence against criminal suspects. If the arrest had taken place in the U.S., then you would not be surprised to see the suspect dead, but this is very unusual for Canada. For this guy to wind up dead after being taken into custody,
he must have been already fucked up somehow.
