AFAIK, you have to host the image online at an image hosting service, such as Photobucket, and provide a link to the image here. There is no uploading of images on this site.

you would have to post the image to USENET itself, a rather archaic and somewhat complicated method, that is about 85% recognized by the various reader software programs out there. So yes, it can be done, and has been done, but just posting the link to
where it is on your website or photobucket is better and easier.

Good enough that I catch you mean a (probably stone) tower, crennelated, and red in color.

CREST: A tower, embattled, Gules; is more proper. You can specify the number of battlements if you want to give more guidance to the artist, or leave it open (as you have, and I would) to leave more room to interpretation to the artist. (And to keep the
blazonry as short and simple as possible - an unwritten rule.)

Put it on a web-site and post the URL here. As in:

    http://powys.org/Heraldry/Charges/castle.jpg

    • Arms: Gules a fountain, Chapé Ployé Or two train weels
    • Crest: An embattled tower Gules
    • Wreath and mantling: Or and Gules
    • Motto: FINIS EXORDIUMQUE

The above web-image gives precisely an image of the crest that you are
    asking about.
