Does anyone know anything about a AK-47 type rifle made by Elk River
Arms. Seems that they were made around 8 to 10 years ago.

A fellow is trying to sell one locally. What might it be worth. Looks
almost new.

I typed "Elk River Arms AK-47" into my favorite Internet search engine and got many dozen,
if not hundreds of hits; too many to list here. The hits include discussion of history, build
quality, value, etc. Try it!

I tried it in Google and most of the hits were from around 8 to 10 years
ago. Seemed to be an ok gun made in the US by a small company. I could
not find much current as to how much they may be worth now.

I sort of take that company to be the equal of the one that made my Del-
ton AR-15. However on the AR platform if they are made to 'mil spec'
almost all parts are the same physical size as many othe brands so spare
parts are never a problem and most all the accessories fit.
