• Need Taurus Tracker customer service advice

I own a Taurus tracker in 357 titanium with a 4inch barrel, is it possible to change the barrel to a shorter one, because I would like to carry it concealed if it's so how much is the cost and what should I do?

It has been several years but I had bad results with Taurus customer
service. I had ordered an available part for a pistol scope mount and
it did not come through. I dealt with them for months to no avail and
finally got a mount that needed a gunsmith to install.

I know a good gunsmith and if this was my problem I would bounce the
question off of him. I would think that if a barrel is not available he
could trim yours down. Years ago I did one myself on a muzzle loader.

Even with a shorter barrel a Tracker is not going to be that much easier to conceal. It'll
never be a pocket gun. I'd keep it at 4 inches (really only 3 inches, because on a Tracker
the last inch is a built-in muzzle brake), and look for a holster and clothing that would
    help me conceal it.
