• name of lawn product that is broad leaf herbicide with MCPA?

    Hello,
My lawn has a problem with creeping buttercup weeds. I believe it is
called Ranunculus repens. It is spreading and is getting bad. I heard I
should use a lawn product that is a broad leaf herbicide with MCPA. Does
anyone know the name(s) of commercial products for lawns that is a broad
    leaf herbicide with MCPA?

    Thanks. Bill S.

The weed-n-feed applications apply the chemical over the whole lawn
rather than on the weeds alone. To lessen the chemical usage and
contamination, it is probably better to use the liquid forms, like
weed-b-gon and just hand spray only where the weeds are. Once you get it cleaned up, just patrol the yard once in a while and spray the
occasional early weeds with a trigger sprayer. Buttercup doesn't
necessarily go easy, it might make more than one application after a
    week or 2.
