    B&W picture tubes require minor tuning/adjustments to replace. you just
    remove the old one, and put the new one in place. All you have to adjust
    is the yoke and yoke magnet rings, rotating the yoke so the image is
    correct, then centring the image with the two rings.

    Colour tubes are more involved...
