I haven't noticed anyone selling them specifically, but
there are services such as 3D Hubs (

where you can, in effect, commission local 3D printer
owners to print your model.
From your IP address, I gather you're in Australia. In that
case Officeworks has a 3D printing service. It seems to be
based in Melbourne, but I think they might take orders at
local stores.
Also, if you know anyone who is good with a lathe, they could
probably knock something up. A small engineering place would
probably do it too, though the price would probably be
excessive.
