As Markus has been busy over the last year, it is time for an WinACE Release. WinACE 2.5.74 has been released.
WinACE has been enhanced to be compatible upcoming release 4.4.0 of the empire server.

Changes:
All changes related to changes in the empire server.
Most of the changes are in xdump imports from the server.
I add some additional field characteristics tables to reflect some of the new information in the server.

Expect the new server version to appear on Changling soon.
