    Hello ancient Troll Mud peoples

    I remember the first time I went through the closest to hell

    The first Time I defeated the Buddha at the end of the 36 chambers

    The first time I used the bag hack to get super gear

    Holding the blues marbles and making healing macros

    Quaffing a waterskin

    Bags that held more than any bag could

    Adventuring into the unknown lands

    Drawing maps on paper to help me navigate

    The community was great

    If any troll mud people exist in the universe ~25 years later

    This is my beacon to you all

    I feel like someone must have the old diku files on their machine somewhere

    Awesome post. I played JediMUD back in the early days, and I feel your call to beacon the weirdos we spent nearly 24 hours a day with running around a diku or circle variant. While I love the latest VR MMO fantasy RP via Occulus, I have to wonder if my
    kids are missing out on what we discovered those long years ago.
