Sad day indeed. A lot of stock's picked over, but he had a bunch of RPG figures and stuff I'd been wanting, so put in an order for those and some GW paints. Easily the biggest order for gaming stuff I've made in a while.

Good time to jump in and save some money while helping the guy clear his stock.

I saw it. kinda sucks by I thought he'd have already retired by now. I know none of his kids are really interested in the business.

I get most of my stuff either from the semi-local store I occasionally play at, the secondary market, or a seller I know that slips a "higher than approved" discount to his friends.

Hobby gaming is a tough racket.

Yeah it is tough. And i don’t see any less dumping of product than before there was a MAP. It’s a great time to be a consumer but a hard time to be a retailer!
