• [SH] 3rd ed warping gameboard

I pulled out my 3rd Ed Space Hulk just to check out that set of rules again and I noticed that all of the board pieces and command track have major warps in them.
I remember being awed by the quality of color, embossing, and construction when I got the game in '09...But now it would not even be playable (The halls and rooms are all mountains that won't even interlock now).

Any tips on how the boards might be flattened out again?

Lay them on an even surface, put a damp piece of cloth over it (just a
bit damp, not dripping wet) and put weight on it. A few books. The
moisture will soften the cardboard and when it starts to dry again the
    weight will make it flat.

Test it on one piece before you go full ham on them.
