Hi, working on a jungle lord. when you turn it on the led's come on and stay on.
So I'm using Leon's chip. Have a known good 6808 and 6821. New sockets.
When I start going through Leon's check list my VMA is about 5.4 volts. My power supply is 5.02 volts. I pulled pin 5 and checked it and it is still 5.4 v.
Leon says it should be 3 v. Any ideas what to do?
