Reading through Sprawl Sites, it hit me that people in Seattle go
through a LOT of organ transplants. There are several chopshops in
every district, sometimes even competition in a single shopping
center... never mind unlicensed clinics in hole-in-the-wall
locations.
I wish the game reflected it a little better in the medical section.
Something simple like Deadly Wounds require one or more transplants.
An interesting random encounter might involve the PCs seeing someone
who unmistakably has eyes or an arm or something from somebody they
know and haven't heard from in a while.
