I have a question about rummikub and don't know where else to post it. Hopefully you guys can help with this. Can a player pick up tiles every turn without putting anything down? And then when he has arranged all his tiles (which at this point don't fit
on the board and are on the table in front of him) he puts them down and wins the game. It's so frustrating!!
