Please confirm that I can't play against Stockfish with Winboard

I want to play against Stockfish, and dumb it down a lot. I've looked
at the list of GUIs that Stockfish can use and I don't see Winboard
there. Does anyone know if that's an oversight or if I really can't
use Winboard with Stockfish?
I see a list of other chess GUIs on the Stockfish site, any
recommendations for one for Win10? Anything to watch out for?
