    Really? Ljupco/Lupco Steriev is really rated over 2200, his "terrible" play here was to lower his rating to 1300 to win money in that group but he backed down from that because it is immoral. I think he played in the group of few people & won all the
    games, so that's why, even as a surprise to him, his rating grew exponentially. He did not cheat any system. He is very moral & ethical man.
