I've been using XG Mobile on my iPhone for many years. With the latest
iOS update the program has become unusable. There is a noticeable lag
between actions and many of the animations have disappeared. The
program hasn't been updated in years but in this case it started when
the operating system was updated.
I have submitted a bug report to the developer but no response was ever returned. Is this typical or do you have an alternate way to contact
them?
