In a non-Jacoby money game played optimally, what is the earliest point
in the game that TG can arise?

    Thank You.

Wait, really? In a money game played optimally? I can get an
example like that with non-optimal play:

    8/3 8/2
    24/23*/22* 6/5(2)
    Fan

And with one more roll I can get it with optimal play:

    8/5 6/5
    24/18 13/10
    24/18(2) 13/7*(2)
    Fan

But I don't see how to get the example you claim.

My bad, didn't see the word optimally.
