    This seems like a good candidate for Axelisation. However, we can fill in our 4 point rather easily, so Axel's fine for
    this gap may be a bit harsh. Therefore a borderline hold will get translated to a D/T and a borderline take will get translated to a drop.
    Axelising adds 7 to X's score and nothing to O's score. (59 + 7) * 7/6 = 77. 77 - 72 = 5 so this is D/T territory.
    Ignoring the 4 point fine, we are clearly still in D/T territory.

    Add seven to X's pipcount for the spares on the ace and the open four
    point to get 66. That seems to put it squarely in the D/T zone using
    the Trice metric.

    Same result as you -- D/T. But I don't agree with applying these formulas so mechanically.
    In this particular case, the open 4 point is not a problem for us and is likely to be filled efficiently.
    So we shouldn't penalize it by a full pip.
    Of course, it makes no difference here. But I think that some thought can be made as to how
    the algo applies to the specific position at hand.
