A textbook application of Stick's DMP rule

In the below position, 13/7(2) is the obvious DMP play, but we can
try to get more gammons by blitzing (which I wrongly did).
Stick's DMP rule (as I understand it) says to make the DMP play here,
and it is right for a wide class of positions similar to this one.
It's a good rule for this position type. But there are other types of position, which I gave in another thread, where the DMP rule gives less satisfaction than a conversation with Noam Chomsky about politics
and linguistics.
