Here, the DMP play is obvious but slightly wrong for money.
I don't see this as a counterexample to Stick's DMP rule though,
because I don't think it's intended for bearing off against contact,
although he might not have said so explicitly.
In this type of position, there's a tendency among non-experts to
play too safe -- so it's kind of an anti-DMP position.
