Germany. Joshua and Dan Tilque got this.
The lettering is in German, but using a font reminiscent of Hebrew
script. The map tucked under the man's arm, illustrating Jewish
control of Germany, is rotated clockwise about 50° because that's
how he happens to be holding it.
...I'm wondering if Mark changed which items were the decoys
between the first time and this time.
