Now that the Euromillions has allegedly reached its limit, I intend to actually buy a ticket. Obviously I won't be using this system!

It's still going strong Nigel.
I reckon it'll go to the end (it is after all 139 million to 1) and then we'll have the cascade.
I have a few Euro tickets for my group at the moment, although we are now a Lotto group. We swapped from doing the EuroMill because we were heartily sick of the EuroMill and now we remember why.

That's twice the jackpot has been on the limit. Is it once more then, if
not won, the cascade happens the subsequent draw?

It can go until the 22nd July. Then if not won it will cascade.
It's a money spinner for them until that time. Lots of hysterical gamblers with £ signs in their eyes thinking they will win it.
Data wise : two numbers from the 4 family [14/24] (two from a family group has 64% chance of success) and 2 from the "a number wholly divisible by 3" family [18/24] (68% chance of success), 2 from the 5 family [25/50] (generally 1 in 70%). No Fibonacci or primes - that will surely change next time as the modal number is 2 overall.

I believe someone from Belgium scooped the jackpot last night, so there
won't be a cascade.

You're right. I was looking at the loterieplus website and the '1' was underneath Belgium but the box spans several unimportant countries
including Belgium and the UK and the '1' is centred.

I wouldn't begrudge it if Jinks had won.
