Just like MGM, Wynn has what they consider more important things to do- like harassing advantage players.

Tangentially related: advice from a local- don't pass out from drunkenness in an MGM property. They'll send you to Spring Valley Hospital emergency room in an ambulance. I don't know who gets the bill.

It's incredible to me that someone who was right at the table didn't have enough human decency to try to check if he was O.K. When I was at a gas station yesterday I saw a black guy about 24 years old prone and face up on the sidewalk about 40 feet away.
One boot was off. I walked over and took a look at his face. He wasn't undernourished. I loudly asked if he was O.K. No response but then I saw his face twitch in a way I considered was deceptive. Just a clown. I left him there. I wasn't going to shake
him and get accused of racist assault by the Blabbermouths of the world.

He was prone and face up, was he? And he twitched deceptively? And you could somehow see he wasn't undernourished by looking at his face? And you were going to shake him (but for the fear of being accused of a racist assault)? And you didn't call 911
immediately? I suggest you take an introductory first aid course. You are dangerously clueless.

I am 6'4" 230. There are few people I am afraid of, let alone unconscious people.

Aren't you at least going to explain how you found him prone face up? LOL You can't determine the state of someone's "nourishment" by looking at their face, nor is that something you would even care about assessing. A Vitamin C deficiency is the least
of your concerns at this moment. I have no fucking clue what a deceptive twitch looks like, but unconscious people will twitch. The first thing you do when you see an apparently unconscious person is call 911 (or ask someone nearby to do so and report
back to you when it's done). Then assess their level of consciousness. You don't make that assessment by "shaking" someone who may have fallen and could have head, neck or spinal trauma. That is idiotic. You do it by loudly calling out to them and then
if that fails by using both hands to firmly pinch both trapezius muscles to elicit a pain response. If you can get the person to speak or cry out then you know they are breathing and have a pulse, which is always good. If there is still no response then
you have a serious medical situation on your hands. You want to first make sure the patient has a clear airway (jaw thrust) and is breathing, that he has a pulse and no arterial bleed (the ABC's). If there is no pulse you start CPR immediately and call
out for a helper to back you up until the ambulance arrives. If there is breathing and a pulse and no overt sign of a serious fall or head injury you might consider rolling the person on their side with the help of a bystander (especially if you smell
alcohol), assuming you know the correct technique, because the risk of the patient inhaling his own vomit is very real. Monitor vitals until the ambulance arrives and if possible record them (LOC, breathing, heartrate and quality of pulse) so you can
pass that information onto the paramedics when they arrive. I know I missed some important info in that short summary. I can't teach you basic first aid here. Just take a one day basic course, jackass.

Why do you think anyone cares how tall you are and how much you weigh (on the doubtful assumption that you aren't just lying)? Even if what you are saying is truthful why do you think anyone would give a shit?

Just like MGM, Wynn has what they consider more important things to do- like harassing advantage players.

Tangentially related: advice from a local- don't pass out from drunkenness in an MGM property. They'll send you to Spring Valley Hospital emergency room in an ambulance. I don't know who gets the bill.

It's incredible to me that someone who was right at the table didn't have enough human decency to try to check if he was O.K. When I was at a gas station yesterday I saw a black guy about 24 years old prone and face up on the sidewalk about
40 feet away. One boot was off. I walked over and took a look at his face. He wasn't undernourished. I loudly asked if he was O.K. No response but then I saw his face twitch in a way I considered was deceptive. Just a clown. I left him t?>there. I wasn't
going to shake him and get accused of racist assault by the Blabbermouths of the world.

~ He was prone and face up, was he? And he twitched deceptively? And you could somehow see he wasn't undernourished by looking at his face? And you were going to shake him (but for the fear of being accused of a racist assault)? And you didn't
call 911 immediately? I suggest you take an introductory first aid course. You are dangerously clueless.

    No, you're just a mentally sick P.O.S.

And I am sure in my mind that you would never have approached this individual due to a surfeit of cowardice.
I am 6'4" 230. There are few people I am afraid of, let alone unconscious people.

Aren't you at least going to explain how you found him prone face up? LOL You can't determine the state of someone's "nourishment" by looking at their face, nor is that something you would even care about assessing. A Vitamin C deficiency is the
least of your concerns at this moment. I have no fucking clue what a deceptive twitch looks like, but unconscious people will twitch. The first thing you do when you see an apparently unconscious person is call 911 (or ask someone nearby to do so and
report back to you when it's done). Then assess their level of consciousness. You don't make that assessment by "shaking" someone who may have fallen and could have head, neck or spinal trauma. That is idiotic. You do it by loudly calling out to them and
then if that fails by using both hands to firmly pinch both trapezius muscles to elicit a pain response. If you can get the person to speak or cry out then you know they are breathing and have a pulse, which is always good. If there is still no response
then you have a serious medical situation on your hands. You want to first make sure the patient has a clear airway (jaw thrust) and is breathing, that he has a pulse and no arterial bleed (the ABC's). If there is no pulse you start CPR immediately and
call out for a helper to back you up until the ambulance arrives. If there is breathing and a pulse and no overt sign of a serious fall or head injury you might consider rolling the person on their side with the help of a bystander (especially if you
smell alcohol), assuming you know the correct technique, because the risk of the patient inhaling his own vomit is very real. Monitor vitals until the ambulance arrives and if possible record them (LOC, breathing, heartrate and quality of pulse) so you
can pass that information onto the paramedics when they arrive. I know I missed some important info in that short summary. I can't teach you basic first aid here. Just take a one day basic course, jackass.
~ risky didnt have time for all that. he's too busy taking 'advantage' of the casinos. lol.

~ Funny you should mention that, Blabbermouth's Mini-Me. I took advantage of the Paris, Cosmo, and Caesars about 4 hours ago. LOL.

And $664 elsewhere on Wednesday night not counting the $120 dining comp. Life is hard. LOL.

Why do you type your posts like an 8-year-old?
