    I added a "Battle Royale" hill to the 88- and 94nop-Koenigstuhl.
    After a full Round-Robin tournament (N warriors) I create an ordered list from the (N-1) scores for each warrior, then I remove the lowest scoring warrior and re-order the top (N-1) warriors using only their (N-2) scores. This repeats until only 1
    warrior remains, ie. the last scoring round is between the top-2 at that time and the 1st and 2nd positions are only decided by using the direct score between these 2 programs.
    It is important to get exact score between the top programs, so I use 'pmars' with the '-P' switch that uses all possible permutations.
