    Hi,

I haven't had much luck on the 94 hills, but managed to enter the 88 hill with a RotLD-style warrior with 8 binary launched anti-imp clears:

    spl 0, <2
    mov 0, <1
    djn -2, #-5

I wonder if there's anything similar for the limited-process hill.

There's also Hordes of Microwarriors which continuously launches clears.
I used a version of this in Cloudburst which did okay on the 94nop hill.

    Hi,

Are there any other warriors similar to Hydra and the Living Dead
series which launch multiple copies of very similar tiny bombers /
    clears.

    Thanks,

I have had a number of those but they haven't gone anywhere because of disappointing performance. Most of my paper optimisers have the
possibility to plug in a stone as the end strategy but again they always get de-selected. I've tried randomly placed and synchronously placed.
I've also tried variable step patterns. But in the end they are no
better at killing than a single bomber but a lot more vulnerable to
    papers and scanners.

It has made #1 on the 88 hill, well done!
I'll have to throw some optimiser cycles at Hydra/RotLD to see if I can make anything of them. :)

Thanks. I'm really pleased to see how well it performed. It's been ~25
years since there's been a Hydra-style warrior on the hill so it's
interesting to see they're still viable.

I found another couple of warriors which launch multiple small bombers / clears:

    and possibly the earliest example:

So I've been playing with using the binary launch. Hydroid uses 7 or 8 copies of a 3 line clear in various configurations and hasn't gone anywhere.
Lithobolia uses a 4 line stone with a paper and is more successful.
Lithobolia C phrl uses 7 copies of a spl -1 stone and a 6 process paper that drops 5pt vortex launchers.
But the real bonus for me was the qscan! It makes some of my struggling warriors viable. I don't think i'm using your step sizes anywhere, Lithobolia C phrl uses a qstep of 1246 for example.
