    Classic Traveller Facsimile Edition currently free at dtrpg.

    Reviews say the scan/OCR aren't great, but free, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ?

    Looking through the PDF it's mostly readable, some headings aren't perfect.
    I'd be disappointed if I'd paid the full price. It's very text heavy with little black and white line artwork, probably a reflection of the time it was made.

    This is the original text of the 1981 edition of Classic Traveller based on page image Scans.

    It includes Books 1-2-3, with errata and corrections inserted (where possible;
    and additional material in an errata appendix). This text is essentially an errata corrected edition faithful to the original Classic Traveller of the early 1980's.

    The PDF has been OCR'ed. Margins are upgraded to 6x9 (from 5-1/2 x 8-1/2) for better margins.

    When I ran a Classic Traveller Campaign I used The Traveller Book. That
    was my all-in-one solution. I'm not enough of a Traveller nerd to know
    what the differences are. I suspect there weren't many? Chris Kubasik
    has an opinion, though: https://talestoastound.wordpress.com/2015/10/30/ traveller-out-of-the-box-interlude-the-1977-edition-over-the-1981-editio
