Found that CBS kids weekend is carrying "Recipe Rehab". It was
available for a while via over the air broadcast TV, then disappeared.
But now it's back.
Basically two "chefs" take a family's favorite meal and rehab it to be
lower calorie and healthier. This week they reimagined "Chicken and Waffles". The better recipe was "Crispy Chicken Whole Wheat Waffles and Vanilla Agave Syrup" and the second place recipe was "Waffle Chicken
Skewers With Maple Cashew Dipping Sauce".
It's fun to watch, but those ingredients aren't in our pantry and not
likely to be available locally.
